HEATED
Heated non-woven fabric or colloquially, technical felt is a material made of r-PET fibers with the addition of bicomponent raw material.
The fibers first need to obtain the basic structure. Then the material is thermally stabilized.
The product is characterized by high strength and dimensional stability. Non-woven fabric can be white, black or gray (technically any shade).
We can guarantee color stability and properties for a long-term cooperation.
The materials meet all the requirements of IKEA, EKO-TEX and REACH.

NEEDLED / NEEDLEPUNCH
Needle-punch non-woven fabric or colloquially polyester felt is a material made of r-PET fibers.
The raw material is subjected to mechanical needling. As a result, the fibers are tangled, which allows it to obtain unique properties.
The product is characterized by good strength. The material is flexible and modal. This allows for easy manual and automatic processing.
We produce non-woven fabric mainly in white, black and gray. Additionally we offer a pallet of standard colors.
The materials meet all the requirements of IKEA, EKO-TEX and REACH.

WADDINGS
The waddings non-woven fabric is stabilized in the furnace using bicomponent hot melt fiber, it consists only of r-PET fibers.
This highly fluffy non-woven fabric is extremely soft, light and resilient. Thanks to its good resilience, pressure resistance and low deformation, it is widely used in the production of upholstered furniture.
The material has a high air permeability, which is why it is often used as filters.
