Upholstery strips are woven on the most modern haberdashery looms from the leading manufacturers of weaving machines (Comez and Müller). The offer of MILA company includes all possible kinds of strips which are used in the production of furniture.

Flexible upholstery strips

We offer the woven flexible strips in two versions: standard and light.

Composition:
warp: latex threads, polypropylene yarn
weft: polypropylene yarn

List of standard extensibilities:
40%, 60%, 100%

Production capabilities:
extensibility: from 15% to 120%
width: from 25 mm to 60 mm

FLEXIBLE STRIPS

Flexible strips in “Comez” braid

The flexible strips in braid, produced on high-quality Italian looms, are characterized by high tensile strength. The resistance is ensured by the polypropylene silk braid of latex threads applied in these strips.

warp: polypropylene film, latex threads in silicone, polypropylene silk
weft: polypropylene silk

List of standard extensibilities:
40%, 60%, 80%, 100 %

NON-FLEXIBLE STRIPS

“Parciak” strip

The non-flexible strip is produced with weaving method which ensures a high density and resistance.

Thermally cut polypropylene strip

The strip is produced by thermal cutting of coated polypropylene fabrics.
