LAMINATION
Laminated products consist of two or more material layers and are bonded with polymer powder adhesives. As one of the layers, we offer non-woven fabrics of our production that we can combine with fabrics, films, knitwear, tape adhesives, etc.
Lamination is a type of post-production and allows you to make materials which are either refined and/or composite. The process usually involves heat treatment.
The limiting properties are:
Thickness – product less than 50 mm
Width – up to 2 m

On request, we can combine any on-roll materials and rigid materials. For joining, we can use selected polymer powders depending on the necessary bonding strength.

For customers who carry out thermal bonding of materials during their process, we offer prefabricated elements covered with glue. Such material is ready for use and is supplied in rolls.
